Anthony Carrigan

Anthony is an experienced development professional with over 20 years of experience managing teams, developing strategies, and implementing projects across a number of countries and sectors. His career in international development now sees him heading up an organization in its 20th year of operation providing community-centered engagement on One Health, alternative livelihoods, and innovation to assist marginalized communities. Prior to becoming CEO of the Kyeema Foundation Anthony was a director with Palladium one of the largest bilateral aid managing contractors in the world including serving in 2019, as interim Chief Executive Officer of Palladium’s business in India. Anthony also led the Indo-Pacific Project Management Community of Practice was the organization’s representative to the United Nations Global Compact, and has successfully led initiatives to draft and register Palladium’s Modern Slavery Statement and Reconciliation Action Plan and achieve ISO9001 Project Management Certification. Anthony also brought thought leadership products to market through Positive Impact global summits and has delivered Strategy Execution Premium and Balanced Scorecard Bootcamp training. More recently Anthony moved to head up the Kyeema Foundation – an Australian NGO Cooperation Program Accredited and Registered Charity working to improve the
health and prosperity of marginalized communities and their environments. This includes delivering part of the Australian Government funded Climate Resilient by Nature program and receiving United States Department of State funding to work in partnership with organizations such as the Papua New Guinea Conservation and Environmental Protection Authority, Corals for Conservation, and the World Wildlife Fund on local marine management and alternative livelihoods in Pacific Coastal communities.
